Pedersen & Pedersen, Inc. is a woman-owned business offering civil and environmental engineering, surveying, construction monitoring and mapping services. It was founded in 1986 with specific goals to provide professional services to both public and private business sectors. Pedersen & Pedersen has three offices: Valencia, PA, Weirton, WV and Triadelphia, WV.

Pedersen & Pedersen has worked successfully on a broad range of projects, including: layout and environmental assessments for cellular telecommunications; land line and ocean crossing telecommunication design and construction monitoring; design and environmental permit application preparation for earth disturbance, municipal waste landfills, stream encroachment/enclosure, hazardous waste site remediation, air pollution control, wastewater treatment and discharge, and the protection of environmentally sensitive areas; surveying and

mapping of many large, complex projects; general civil engineering design for land development, stormwater control, sewers, water lines and bridges; and construction monitoring for highways, municipal waste landfills, and earth works projects. Work has been done both as the prime consultant and in support of larger engineering and construction firms.
